Adjusting operator on CNC Machine Tools M / W

Under the responsibility of the Production Sector Manager, you will hold the position of Adjusting Operator on the CNC Machine tools.

You deal with the start-up of production, call the production programs, make the adjustment and assembly of the tools in order to start the production of parts with high quality requirements on small and medium series, on all production equipment in particular our machining centers and this in compliance with safety rules.

In this context, you ensure a production volume by implementing all the machining, turning, milling and polishing operations, in self-checking in accordance with the operating modes.

Involved in the continuous improvement of your sector, you are a proactive.

You know how to read plans, how to use self-checking tools (calliper, micrometer and measuring column).

Autonomous and rigorous, your commitment will allow you to develop your potential and your skills.

You work in a shift team (2×8 / fixed night / WE).

Ideally, mechanical and productive training or without initial training but with experience, you master the basics of general mechanics with professional experience.
