Planning and scheduling technician M/F
The scheduling and planning technician is the maestro of operations, harmonizing production to guarantee maximum efficiency in terms of safety, quality, cost and lead time. By providing an overview of load and capacity at each of the plant's load centers, they ensure that production processes run smoothly. In the face of unforeseen events and last-minute changes, he/she knows how to adjust plans and keep operations running smooth.
Reporting to the Scheduling and Planning Manager, you will be responsible for :
Missions :
- Based on portfolio orders, organize production order launches with each workshop and check that deadlines and costs are met.
- Depending on the workload, define the machine availability required to guarantee customer deadlines by drawing up a production schedule and communicating a priority list to each work center.
- Supervise production orders for manufactured parts in coordination with workshop managers.
- Ensure manufacturing lead times to meet customer deadlines.
- Analyze manufacturing order progress indicators, suggest optimizations and improvements, and adjust production plans.
- Implement the tools and reports needed to identify deviations in terms of cost, quality and lead times for production orders.
- Manage coordination with the various departments in the pre-launch phases for new business and service activities (PIC).
- Improve production management systems to optimize flows and costs.

- Interface with the procurement manager to check the availability of components and raw materials.
- Manage stock and supply levels by item to avoid surpluses and/or shortages.
Profile:
With at least 3 years’ higher education, preferably in Production Management, Planning and Scheduling, you have at least 4 years’ significant experience in a Supply Chain Department in an industrial company. You have a strong interest in demanding environments.
