Workplace health nurse M/W
As part of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for first aid procedures and the monitoring of employees by occupational medicine. You will contribute to all actions relating to working conditions, sickness, accidents and disability.
You will work with the HSE teams to implement actions relating to the environment, health and safety on the site, in order to inform, train and promote a spirit of health and safety at work among all employees.
Missions :
- Planning and follow-up of employee medical check-ups
- Providing first aid in the context of “benign care”, and any care related to the exercise of the profession (vaccinations, etc.)
- Manage the infirmary: update protocols, monitor medication stocks, and maintain medical equipment.
- Act as an interface between Occupational Medicine, the HSE department and management, providing advice and suggesting improvements.
- Assist the Occupational Health Physician in his task of monitoring workstations and implementing Action Plans with management, the HSE team and external service providers: ergonomist, APAVE, training, etc…
- Implement AT declarations and accident-related procedures and actions (workstation adaptation, etc.).
- Implement follow-up of disabled workers – manage interface with organizations managing disabled workers.
- Update management charts related to the job (monthly reports, monitoring of care provided, etc.).
- Participate in investigations following workplace accidents and carry out investigations following minor treatment.
- Manage PPE: safety shoes / personalized hearing protection / safety glasses with corrective lenses.
- Deploy training courses (SST, gestures and postures, etc.).
Profil :
State-qualified nurse with at least 3 years’ experience in occupational medicine, ideally in the industrial sector. You have good interpersonal skills, a good ability to listen and a sense of confidentiality and discretion. Computer skills (Word and Excel) are essential.
You enjoy working as part of a team. The position is available as soon as possible.
