Gender Equality Index 2025
Kalistrut Aerospace's Index calculation is “incalculable” because the valid workforce represents less than 40% of the total workforce.
* The gender pay gap is incalculable.
* The score obtained for the individual increase distribution gap is 25.
* The number of female employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave is incalculable.
* Parity among the 10 highest-paid employees is 2 out of 10.
