Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager manages and develops a portfolio of clients. He is in charge of prospecting, collecting customer needs and proposing adapted commercial offers. In collaboration with the General Manager, he defines the medium- to long-term business objectives and develops the strategy needed to reach them, whether in the context of annual negotiations or multi-year contracts with customers.

He represents the company in his sector in dealings with the different types of customers in the market for which he is responsible.

Many aspects of my job at Kalistrut Aerospace appeal to me and motivate me every day. We operate in a globalized aerospace market that still offers good long-term growth prospects and real development opportunities for our products. In this context, I am developing our sales and our client portfolio all over the world, from South to North America, through the entire Eurasian continent to Southeast Asia, even South Africa, which represents a wide range of different relationships and varied cultural approaches with our customers.
