Because we firmly believe in the potential of young talent, we are proud to partner with the UIMM’s Pôle Formation Isère to promote work-study programs.
Camylle’s integration into our company since September 2023 is the perfect illustration that young people, and women in particular, have a place in our technical and industrial professions.
A big thank you to the UIMM’s Pôle Formation Isère, which works every day to bring companies and candidates together, allowing us to create concrete and meaningful opportunities.

2026 GENDER EQUALITY INDEX
The Kalistrut Aerospace Index calculation proves to be “incalculable” compared to the total calculable indicators, the results are the following :

1- pay gap (in %): incalculable
2- individual pay increase gaps (in percentage points or equivalent number of employees): 35
3- percentage of employees receiving a pay increase upon returning from maternity leave (%): incalculable
4- number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest paid employees: 5

A collective strike to get 2026 off to a good start

On Sunday, January 25, 2026, to start the new year in a collective and positive spirit, we headed to the FUN PARK bowling in St-Marcel-lès-Valence (privatized by the company for the occasion).

Between strikes, trampoline jumps, and bursts of laughter, it was a special moment to thank our employees for their commitment throughout the past year and to strengthen team dynamics in the face of future challenges.

The afternoon was marked above all by precious moments of sharing, so a big thank you to the families for their presence and good humor, which made this event a truly convivial occasion!

Movember: Smoothie challenge successfully completed by our employees!

On November 20, KALISTRUT organized a health prevention and awareness campaign as part of Movember.
150 smoothies were made by sheer leg power, enabling a donation of €1,500 to be made to the CER HOM association: the end of cancer, the beginning of man.
Well done and thank you to all the participants for their efforts and generosity!

A touch of the Caribbean

A festive, country atmosphere on Friday, September 19, 2025, for a sunny after-work gathering with the teams to celebrate the renewal of our AIRBUS contract.
The “PLAY” teams were able to reach new heights thanks to a vertical zip line workshop organized by the Accro-branchés, while the “RELAX” teams were able to unwind with a game of pétanque and mini golf.
Thank you to Lucie and Guillaume / TIKAZELA Tournon for their warm welcome, which contributed to the success of this nice late summer evening.
